There will be dinner before at New Era or Spaghetti Warehouse. Anticipating to gather at 5:30 or so. As of the time this is first posted, we haven't decided which restaurant. Let me know if you are attending and have a preference so I can let Rich know what to arrange.
Pricing info for tickets: Tickets are $20+ fees. If we buy them in bulk that cost will be approximately $27 (maybe a little less, if enough people go). Bought individually they would be $32.50. There are also a limited amount of tickets available in the last couple rows for $15+ fees. (So between $20-$27.50). *** Ron is already buying at least 20 tickets, so jump in on the special group prices if you want and can get to him by 11/22.
If you are interested, please reach out to Ron with bulk ticket requests or questions about the tickets. |

Port-Summit Rotary is excited to host our fourth annual Quarter Auction, Saturday, February 25th at 6:00 pm. Doors open at 5:00. The most current news and information about the event, including vendor details, can be found by clicking this link: Port-Summit Rotary Quarter Auction Info On Facebook Tickets are $5.00 and include one paddle (with your auction number) and seat. Additional paddles will be available at the gate.
There will be approximately 50 auction items (gift baskets, gift cards, tickets, etc.) available for bid starting at just 25¢!
How it Works
Quarter Auctions are more accurately called live action raffles. All auction items will be tagged with a number and made available for viewing starting with the doors opening at 5:00 pm. You are invited to peruse the items and decide on which ones you'd like to bid. Starting at approximately 6:00 pm, our Master of Ceremonies will bring each item up for bid sequentially. The MC will announce whether the item is a one, two, three, or four quarter bid. The number of quarters needed to bid is determined by the relative value of the item. Items are valued at no less than $25, and upwards of $100 or more for four quarters. Once the bid amount is announced, if you would like to enter for a chance to win that item, you will place the appropriate number of quarters into your table's collection basket/bucket and then raise your paddle above your head, indicating that you are bidding on the current item. A winning number is selected at random. If your number is called and you have bid on that item, you win. As easy as that. This means that you have a chance to win an item valued at over $25 for just a bid of 25¢, or an item valued at over $100 for just One Dollar! Good to Know
So bring as many Quarters as you can scrounge up (we'll have some for purchase as well) and come early for the best seats. Seating will be limited this year, so everyone has space to easily move around. A short menu of food and beverages will be available for purchase. Proceeds support the many charitable initiatives of the Port-Summit Rotary Club. Hope to see you there! Vendors
We are still seeking vendors. If you have a small person to person, or retail business and would like to display and sell your wares at this event, please send us a message. |
